A true tabata is hard work and completed in only 4 minutes. You will work HARD for 20 seconds, and rest for only 10 seconds, for a total of 8 rounds. If you can complete more than 8 rounds, or 2 separate tabatas with 2 minutes rest in between, then you my friend, were not working hard enough.
