In this episode Terri Weeks is back to talk about how to get the most out of the Long Term Athlete Development Model (LTAD) as a coach and an athlete. We list several critiques and warn that the model is just that, a theory to provide a framework and should be taken with a grain of salt. Overall the number 1 lesson is that we can use the model as such, but recognize that we have an individual athlete in front of us; with different abilities, goals and potential.
