Blending traditional yoga with the biomechanics of sport and exercise.
You’ll learn how to move well from a space of strength and mobility. Join me for a full body workout every Monday at 9am that prepares you to move better, breath better, reduce stress & sets you up to feel better in your chosen sport. Learn about the concepts I share on IG while combining strength, mobility and mindfulness.
Class topics will progress from mastering proper orientation, finding stability and flexibility in the body, and managing your mindset.

Join me for a full body workout every Wednesday at 5pm starting June 22, 2022 (for 8 weeks) that prepares you to move better, breath better, reduce stress & sets you up to feel better in your chosen sport. Learn about the concepts I share on IG while combining strength, conditioning and agility.
Class topics will progress from mastering proper orientation, maximizing every movement and managing the curling and golfers body.

Who is it for?
Athletes & teams looking for a weekly excuse to prioritize their health, strength, flexibility and keep a small finger on their focus of using the off-ice time to improve their on-ice performance.Why does it matter?
Classes will touch on overall movement efficiency, and tackle common issues curlers face;- common injuries/discomforts & how to prevent them:
- knee, hip, back, shoulder, elbows, etc.
- common struggles if curlers on the ice regardless of level of play:
- balance, power, accuracy, endurance, ability to rebound between shots, and brushing prowess
- provide tools to manage your own movement during the entire season
